Kanpur: Congress members protested against the FIR process by burning an effigy of the Chief Election Commissioner.

The Mahanagar Congress staged a Satyagraha on Meston Road on Wednesday in protest against the Election Commission's functioning and the SIR (Special Investigation Report) process.
