Kanpur: A case has been registered against three individuals, including a father and son, for allegedly embezzling shares worth lakhs of rupees.

Anju Bansal, a senior citizen residing in Azad Nagar, has filed a First Information Report (FIR) at the Chamanganj police station against Vikas Bansal, his son Kunal, and Manish Agarwal, accusing them of fraudulently acquiring company shares through fraudulent means and forging documents.
