Balbir Singh, a resident of Gadrianpurwa in Fazalganj, paid dearly for seeking information about how to get a doctor's appointment online. Cyber fraudsters, posing as the doctor's staff, had him install an app and then withdrew six lakh rupees from his account in two days.
