Lucknow: A lift will be installed in Baikunthdham, the city's first funeral site with facilities, and work has begun on this project.

A lift will now be installed at Baikunthdham (Bhainsakund), a cremation site located on the banks of the Gomti River. This facility will be specifically for the elderly, but it can also carry bodies. Such an arrangement is currently not available at any other cremation site in the city.
