UP: Your dream home will be fulfilled in the capital as the Naimish Nagar-Varun Vihar scheme is launched; find out how to get a discount.

The Lucknow Development Authority has launched the Naimish Nagar and Varun Vihar residential schemes. Registration for 4520 plots will be open until October 24th in the first phase. The allotment will be done through a lottery system. A discount of up to six percent will be available on early payment of the full plot amount.
