Property rates in Lucknow: Naimish Nagar Yojana will be near Sitapur Road and Varun Vihar Yojana near Agra Expressway. The land rate has been fixed at ₹3800 per square foot in Naimish Nagar Yojana and ₹2800 per square foot in Varun Vihar.
