Illegal Job Agencies: Three citizens of Uttar Pradesh are falling prey to illegal recruitment agencies and brokers every day. With the majority of cases involving Gulf countries, nearly three citizens from Uttar Pradesh are being trapped in foreign lands with dreams of jobs. The Protector of Emigrants (POE) office at the Ministry of External Affairs in Lucknow is receiving an average of two to three complaints daily. Most of these complaints pertain to job opportunities in Gulf countries.
