Lucknow: Woman found murdered with throat slit on canal track, body causes panic

A shocking incident occurred in Simramau village of Kakori, Lucknow, where a woman's throat-slit body was found lying on the canal track on Thursday. Police have taken possession of the body and are engaged in investigation.
