Punjab and Chandigarh are likely to experience rain in some places for the next four days starting today (September 1st). The Chandigarh Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for rainfall until September 5th. There is a possibility of rain at some locations in 13 districts of Punjab today. Chandigarh will have partly cloudy skies, with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. However, due to the lack of rain over the past few days, heat and humidity have increased significantly.
