In Ludhiana, India's Ludhiana area, the Tibba police have registered a case against the owner of a firm for allegedly not depositing government GST dues and causing losses to government revenue. Based on a complaint from the State Tax Department, action has been taken against the accused under charges of fraud and sections of the CGST Act.
