Demonstration over the desecration of Baba Saheb's statue: Religious organizations warn; Amritsar to be closed on September 11th if the accused are not arrested.

Following the desecration of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's statue in Ludhiana, social and religious organizations across the country have expressed outrage. As part of this movement, several organizations staged a strong protest at Bhandari Bridge in Amritsar on Wednesday. During the demonstration, they raised slogans against the government and administration. Subsequently, the protesters marched from Bhandari Bridge to Baba Sahib's statue on Heritage Street.
