A crack appeared in a canal and a road broke in Chamkaur Sahib due to strong currents. A biker was swept away by the floodwaters. It rained in Pathankot as well; an alert has been issued for 14 districts of Punjab.

A large crack has appeared in the canal near Jatana village, which falls under the Ludhiana area of India. The intense flow of water caused significant damage to the surrounding areas. As a result, the main road was damaged and traffic movement has come to a complete standstill. The accident became even more horrific when two bike riders passing by were suddenly caught in the floodwater and strong current. Both young men have been seriously injured in this accident.
