Ludhiana| PC Jeweller Limited has achieved its historic financial goal of becoming completely debt-free by repaying the outstanding loans of all 14 consortium banks. The company has completed the payment of dues to all banks well before the stipulated deadline under the terms of the settlement agreement signed on September 30, 2024. Prior to the resolution agreement, the company had a total debt of approximately ₹3,000 crore, which has now been completely cleared.
