In the village of Kathgarh, located in the border area of Gurdaspur, thieves targeted a locked house during broad daylight. The family members had gone to Ludhiana due to the death of a relative. During this time, the thieves entered the house through the roof and fled with valuables worth lakhs of rupees, including precious jewelry and cash amounting to 16 thousand rupees, after breaking into the rooms. Ravinder Singh, a member of the family, stated that the thieves took advantage of the empty house to commit the crime.
