In the Ludhiana area of India, a group of 15-20 miscreants launched a deadly attack on young men who were celebrating the construction of a new house at Raju Dairy Farm in Kuliewal village on the night of September 19. The attackers, driven by old land disputes, first demolished the boundary wall of the house with a crane and then opened fire indiscriminately using rifles and pistols.
