Strict action against those who cause traffic jams in vehicles in Ludhiana: Police conducted a checking operation at midnight; many vehicles were challaned.

In Ludhiana, the Ludhiana Commissionerate Police has entered action mode in view of the festive season. To maintain law and order and a safe environment for women in the city, police conducted a special checking drive last night in the Dhugri area. During this operation, police cracked down on those drinking alcohol openly in public places and while sitting in their cars. The police team showed diligence in the area, checking a total of 118 suspicious vehicles.
