In the jails of Khanna police district in Ludhiana, a sense of spiritual peace will now replace silence and tension. Under the vision of SSP Dr. Darpan Ahluwalia, a unique initiative called 'Sound of Hope' has been launched, which aims to reduce stress from the minds of accused individuals in custody and turn them towards introspection. Through this initiative, speakers have been installed outside a total of 9 jails, including 8 police stations and one CIA unit in Khanna police district.
