Three young men died near the Gorayan Overbridge on the Jalandhar-Delhi National Highway after their bike collided with a truck late at night. The accident was so severe that the Splendor bike got stuck about 10 feet inside the truck. All three men were lying on the road covered in blood. They were immediately taken to Phillaur Hospital, where doctors declared all three dead. Their mobile phones have been found in their pockets, which is being used to trace their families.
