In the Jalandhar accident, 3 young men died when their bike crashed under a truck on the Gorayan flyover. They were residents of Uttar Pradesh and were admitted to Phillaur Hospital where they passed away.

Three young men riding a Splendor motorcycle died on the spot when their motorcycle collided with the rear of a parcel truck near the Gorayan Overbridge on the Jalandhar-Delhi National Highway. The three were between 20 and 22 years old. The accident occurred late at night, around 3:30 AM. Police reported that they arrived at the scene as soon as they received the information. All three young men were lying bloodied on the road. They were immediately taken to Phillaur Hospital, where doctors declared all three dead.
