Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina, the Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Ludhiana South constituency, slapped a truck driver in Ludhiana. The truck driver's fault was only that he didn't give way to the MLA's car. Angered by this, the MLA stopped the truck and slapped the driver. The video of the MLA slapping the driver is now going viral on social media.
