In Ludhiana, near the Atam Park area, a pan cafe owner was brutally attacked by some individuals. The dispute stemmed from a mere 400 rupees that had been outstanding for the past four months. Enraged, the accused broke down the cafe's door and entered, severely assaulting the owner. In this violent attack, the victim sustained three deep cuts on his head and received seven stitches. Krishna Lal, the victim, explained that they came under the pretext of asking for a cigarette, but then started verbally abusing him.
