A highly shocking case has come to light from Ludhiana, India. Here, a 30-year-old man has trapped a 14-year-old minor, who is in the 5th grade, in his web through Facebook. The accused, in the absence of the girl's mother, came to her house, raped her, and later physically abused her multiple times through blackmail. The police, on the complaint of the victim's mother, have registered a case against the accused, Bhavesh Kumar (30), under Section 65(1) of the BNS and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
