The troubles for Ludhiana MP and state Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring have increased. The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has ordered the arrest of former Union Home Minister Late Buta Singh in connection with an alleged derogatory and caste-based comment made during a poll meeting. A hearing was held on Monday in this matter under the leadership of the commission's chairman, Kishore Makwana, during which Buta Singh's son Sarabjot Singh, Tarn Taran
