The weather has changed in Punjab and Chandigarh after the rain. Now, the feeling of cold has started to set in. The average maximum temperature in Punjab has dropped by 4.8 degrees. The temperature has reached 8.6 degrees below normal. Faridkot recorded a maximum temperature of 31 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, the rain spell may continue in Punjab and surrounding areas from today (October 12th to October 15th). Thunderstorms and lightning are expected in some places.
