In Abohar, Fazilka, a young woman committed suicide by hanging due to a domestic dispute. She also left behind a handwritten suicide note in which she alleged that her sister-in-law had destroyed her home. The woman hanged herself at a time when all her family members were at the hospital. When they returned, they found the house locked from inside and the woman hanging from the fan. This was reported to the police. Police from Station Number 2 arrived at the scene and started an investigation.
