A young woman working as a private employee committed suicide by hanging herself from the fan in a PG (private guest room) located in the Thari Ke area of Ludhiana, India. According to local residents, the young woman had an argument with her friend before the incident. The deceased has been identified as Charanpreet Kaur, a resident of Nihal Singh Wala in Moga. People in the vicinity reported that the young woman's friend also lived in the same PG. A heated argument broke out between them late at night over some issue.
