Ludhiana minor rape case: Forced to drink burger and cold drinks, taken to hotel as health deteriorated; physical relationship established.

In the Haibowal police station area of Ludhiana, a minor girl was raped. On Thursday, based on the family's complaint, the police registered a case against the accused, Rahman Khan, under the POCSO Act and relevant sections of the BNS Act. In his statement to the police, the complainant stated that his 16-year-old daughter was friends with the accused, Rahman Khan. According to the minor girl, the accused lured her near a tailor's shop in Kundanpuri and took her close to DMC.
