Roxen Saini met with Bhagat along with a delegation.

A delegation led by Baba Roxen Saini, Chairman of the Ludhiana area of Punjab Government's Sufi Sant Samaj Welfare Board, met with Cabinet Minister Mahinder Bhagat for a special meeting. The Sufi Sant Samaj informed him about the problems faced by their deras (spiritual centers). During the meeting, Bhagat assured the delegation that the main issues of the Sant Samaj would be resolved soon. On this occasion, the delegation presented a shawl to Minister Mohinder Bhagat and honored him.
