The miscreants are no longer hesitating to target women openly in streets and neighborhoods. One such incident has come to light near Mandi Wali Gali, Med Ki Chakki in Shimlapuri. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the area. According to the CCTV footage, the incident occurred on September 6th when the miscreants arrived on a bike.
