In Ludhiana's New Madhavpuri area, a young man on an Activa motorcycle absconded after stealing a gas cylinder from the auto of a delivery boy. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced, clearly showing the accused committing the crime. According to reports, on the afternoon of August 31st, a delivery boy came to deliver a gas cylinder in a neighborhood of New Madhavpuri. He parked his auto at the corner of the street and went to deliver the cylinder to a house.
