A case of theft has come to light at the Ganpati Utsav pandal (festival stage) located in Ranjit Singh Park, behind Singar Cinema in Ludhiana. The thieves are so emboldened that they are not failing to target places of worship and events. A cunning thief stole a moving fan in broad daylight from here.
