The copy of the FIR registered by the CBI against Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's OSD Rajbir Singh Ghumman and the other six accused has been released. It includes a letter written to ED DGP Gaurav Yadav, along with the chat messages, which are being used as evidence to transfer and stop officers. The central investigation agency, ED, claims that these WhatsApp chats were obtained from Nitin Gohal and other accused, along with another person.
