The Punjab government reached the High Court late at night against the ED raid: Warrant Officer appointed for surveillance; decision after raids on minister's nephew.

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has been facing a raid by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at its Punjab and Chandigarh offices for two days. Meanwhile, the ED also raided the house of Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian's nephew in Ludhiana. Late at night, the team also reached the house of former Delhi minister Satendra Jain. Following this, the Punjab government went to the High Court late Wednesday night. The government demanded an immediate hearing in the High Court. On this petition, the High Court has ordered a raid by the ED.
