The NSS and Physical Education Department celebrated National Sports Day.

Bhaskar News | Ludhiana. The Department of Physical Education organized the National Sports Day at the GNKCW College campus in collaboration with the NSS unit. During the event, a plank challenge and fitness pledge were conducted, which was attended by a total of 25 students. Assistant Professor Parminder Kaur from the Department of Physical Education provided practical information related to fitness to the participants and highlighted the benefits of regular exercise.
