Bike skids on under-construction road in Ludhiana: All inspectors injured, people raise questions about lack of safety arrangements and delays in work.

A Sub-Inspector was injured on Monday when his motorcycle skidded on an under-construction road near the Jodhewal bridge in Ludhiana. The accident occurred in front of Longia Steel, where road repair work is underway. The injured has been identified as Sub-Inspector Kulveer Singh. According to police, Kulveer Singh was traveling on a motorcycle. A portion of the road had been dug up for repairs when his bike slipped and he fell onto the road.
