The body of a young man who arrived from Dubai after one and a half months has been found. His last rites were performed in Raud village, Ludhiana, where his parents died, and a brother is missing.

Sukhdev Singh, a Punjabi youth who had gone to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) in search of livelihood, died suddenly after one and a half months. After much effort, his mortal remains were brought back to his ancestral village, Raud, after one and a half months. Advocate Manveer Singh Dhaliwal and the local panchayat made significant efforts to bring the body back. The deceased was cremated in the presence of family members and villagers. The family had been troubled by financial and administrative hurdles for the past one and a half months.
