Weapons recovered from those accused of sending intelligence information to Pakistan: Police brought them in on a production warrant and interrogated them; they were running the network from jail.

The Ludhiana police have taken a major action under the anti-national activities campaign and recovered one .32 bore pistol and two cartridges from three arrested accused. The accused were sending live footage of CCTV cameras installed in sensitive areas to Pakistan and intelligence information related to security on the instructions of their associates sitting in Pakistan. This action was taken on the directions of Police Commissioner Ludhiana, Swapna Sharma, IPS.
