A dispute erupted in Moga over a seat on a government bus. The incident occurred shortly after the bus departed from the bus stand. The conductor stated that the lady advocate was constantly arguing about the seat and making objectionable comments to two girls who were on board. Following this, he asked the lady advocate to get off the bus, which escalated the dispute further. After getting off, the girls whom he had commented on beat him up.
