In an accident in Khanna, Ludhiana district, a one-and-a-half-year-old child died after drowning in the Rajbaha stream. The child has been identified as Kartik. For a long time, the family and surrounding people were unaware of the accident. The child was swept away by the strong current for about half a kilometer before being spotted by a passerby, who then discovered the tragedy. According to reports, Kartik was with his mother, Madhu, and disabled grandfather when he drowned in the Rajbaha stream.
