Navy pilot Karamveer Bahadur Singh Yadav has been charge-sheeted in connection with a ferry crash near Mumbai that killed 15 people, after an investigation found the incident was likely caused by human error and speeding. The charge-sheet was filed based on a report from the Original Equipment Manufacturer stating there were no technical faults with the naval speed boat.
