A speeding car crashed into the rear of a truck parked on the roadside near Jitu Dhaba on Multai Fourlane in Betul district. The collision was so intense that it caused extensive damage to the car. Three people, including a husband and wife, died on the spot, while eight others were seriously injured. The accident is reported to have occurred at 3:30 am on Saturday. According to police, all the passengers in the car were devotees who hailed from the Butti Bori Kol Mines area near Nagpur (Maharashtra).
