Lucknow will host an 11-day book fair: The National Book Fair from October 1st to 11th, with over 50 publishers participating.

The 23rd National Book Fair will begin on October 1st in Lucknow's Balrampur Garden. This year, the book fair will be dedicated to the theme of 'Vande Mataram' completing 150 years. According to the organizers, the fair will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak at 5 pm on October 1st. The fair will feature literary, cultural, and children's activities along with various competitions. The fair has been taking place for two and a half decades and is scheduled to begin on Tuesday at the fairground.
