Noida police have destroyed a drug mall worth ₹12 crore. It was recovered from 224 cases and contained 2253 kg of ganja, charas, doda, smack, and intoxicating pills.

The district police, under Operation Dahan, which is being conducted against drug abuse, destroyed narcotics worth approximately ₹12 crore 43 lakh 42 thousand 750 in the international market. This seizure was related to 224 cases registered under the NDPS Act at various police stations within the commissionerate. Following court permission, the recovered narcotics were formally destroyed on September 22nd under the supervision of a committee formed for this purpose. The destruction was carried out as per the instructions of Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh.
