Noida police will get a new office: 13,347 square meters of land has been allocated and given on lease for ₹1 per square meter. The old one must be vacated.

The Noida Authority will allocate approximately 13,347.18 square meters of land free of cost for the permanent office of the Gautam Buddh Nagar Police Commissionerate in Sector-153. The proposal has been presented at the authority's board meeting. Five plots from A-87 to A-91 in Sector-153 have been identified for the police commissioner's office. Previously, the authority had paid a premium of ₹127.37 crore and approximately ₹47.76 crore as a one-time land payment to the police department for this land.
