National spokesperson Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait arrived at the Noida Authority office in Sector-96, during an indefinite sit-in protest by the Bharatiya Kisan Union. At the request of officials, he agreed to meet with Krishna Karunesh, Chief Executive Officer of the Noida Authority, regarding the farmers' issues. Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait rode a tractor from the protest site and entered the authority office along with hundreds of other farmers.
