Commercial plots in Noida sold for ₹1839 crore: M3M bought them at more than double the reserve price, surpassing DLF by ₹99 crore.

A commercial mixed-use plot of 49,932 square meters has been sold in Noida's Sector-108 for ₹1,839 crore. The plot was purchased by the real estate company M3M India. Its reserve price was set at ₹836 crore, meaning it was sold for ₹1,003 crore more than its reserve price. The auction for the plot saw a direct competition between M3M and DLF. DLF placed the last bid of ₹1,740 crore, followed by M3M with a bid of ₹1,839 crore.
