The court has quashed the order passed by the Gautam Buddh Nagar's ACJM court to register an FIR against government surgeon Dr. Rahul Verma and related criminal proceedings. This order was given by Justice Saurabh Srivastava on a petition filed by Dr. Rahul Verma.
