Noida will have a safe city built at a cost of 217 crores: The project will be completed in one year with the help of 2200 high-tech cameras.

To make the city one of the safest in the country, the authority has prepared a Safe City plan worth 217 crore rupees. Under this initiative, 2200 high-tech cameras will be installed in the city. These cameras will be connected to CCTV cameras from around 20,000 locations. This includes cameras installed outside group housing, houses, shops, hospitals, schools and colleges, temples and mosques, cinemas, pubs and bars, shopping malls, markets, and industrial and commercial establishments.
