These builders had deposited 25 percent of the total due amount under the government's policy, but have not paid the remaining 75 percent. The authority has sent notices to these 23 allottees to deposit the outstanding amount. In April, the authority board had directed that those builders who have not deposited 25 percent of the amount should be penalized.
