In Noida, a tenant residing in Paramount Floraville Society's Sector 137 was defrauded of ₹25 lakh under the pretext of selling their flat. The victim has accused the landlord of committing this crime. Following court orders, a case has been registered against the landlord and four others at the Sector 142 police station on Thursday. The police are investigating the matter. The deal was finalized for ₹45 lakh for flat number 904 in Tower 16 of Paramount Floraville Society.
